Terms of Service

These terms apply to videos and plans ordered on this site. Questions: info@apexweb.hu.

2. Services

I make custom 3D and motion design videos for products:

• Launch Ad: a 15-20 second social or ad video in 3 formats (16:9, 9:16 and 1:1), delivered in 5 business days, with 2 revision rounds.
• Product Film: a 30-60 second 3D or motion product or SaaS explainer, delivered in 7-10 business days, with 2 revision rounds.
• Studio 4: 4 videos a month, billed monthly.
• Studio 8: 8 videos a month, billed monthly.
• Studio 4 and Studio 8 yearly: the same plans billed once a year, at the price of 10 months.

The free 10-second teaser is a sample with no obligation for either party.

If I use AI for any part of a video, I tell you before I start.

3. Prices, billing and tax

Prices are shown in USD. The price shown is the price you pay: no VAT is added at checkout. The invoice is issued by Tokár Ádám, Hungary. Business customers can enter a company name and tax ID at checkout.

Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance and yearly plans yearly in advance, and both renew automatically. One-off videos are paid once.

First-order discount: the code FIRST15 gives 15% off the one-off videos (Launch Ad and Product Film) in your first order. It applies once per customer, does not apply to Studio plans and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Payment is by card through Stripe. Receipts and invoices are sent by email.

4. Delivery

After payment, I contact you by email to collect your brief and material. Delivery times are counted in business days from the day I have the information I need.

5. Usage rights

• After full payment you may use the delivered final video worldwide and without time limit, for any commercial or non-commercial purpose, including ads, websites, social media and app stores. You may also edit or crop it.
• Source and project files are not included unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Third-party elements in the video, such as music, stock footage, fonts and AI-generated footage, are used under their providers' licences, and those licences allow this use.
• I may show the finished video in my portfolio unless you ask me in writing not to.
• The free teaser may not be used publicly unless you buy a plan.

6. Storyboard guarantee and cancellation

Storyboard guarantee: for a Launch Ad or a Product Film, I first send you a storyboard. If you do not approve it, tell me by email before I start building the video and I refund 50% of the price of that video (the other half covers the concept and storyboard work). Once you approve the storyboard, the 2 revision rounds apply and the price is no longer refundable.

Studio plans can be cancelled any time by email to info@apexweb.hu. They stay active until the end of the paid month or year and are not refunded pro rata.

After cancellation, I delete your project material (brief, files and drafts) within 30 days. Billing and contract records are kept as described in the privacy policy.

7. Consumers

The services are intended for businesses. If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw within 14 days of the order without giving a reason. If you ask me to start work within that period, you pay for the part already delivered. Complaints: info@apexweb.hu, answered within 30 days.

8. Liability

I am not liable for outages of third-party infrastructure (for example Stripe or Netlify). Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the relevant billing period, and I am not liable for indirect damage or lost profit.

9. Data protection

Personal data is handled under the privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. The parties first try to settle any dispute by negotiation.

11. Changes

I may update these terms. Subscribers are notified by email at least 15 days before a change takes effect.
